This morning Mike wakes me to the news that Mikah is crying that her ear hurts and that he can tell it is sincere, as she keeps pulling on it and wailing in pain! I guess I didn't hear her crying because I was passed out hard having been up till midnight waiting for the oxygen delivery guy to drop more oxygen off for Presley, as her need reached a new high late last night and a fear of running out over came me. As Mike ran up to the 24 hour pharmacy to pick up more medication, that I had successfully begged for in a late night call to her doctor, I royally pissed off the oxygen guy on call and asked for a delivery at midnight! So, today, some quiet time and sleep, between nebulizer treatments and chest pounding, along side my precious butterfly, was something I fell asleep dreaming about last night, BIG sigh!
Okay, now that I am done with this 'feel sorry for me' post, I will proceed to call my Mommy so I can equally whine to her (just how old is too old to do that?? lol!).
Seriously tho, thanks for listening... I know this is a 'cry me a river' post, but I know you guys always lend a good ear regardless!

I will listen to you whine anytime you need me!! I feel exhausted for you. Poor little Presley and Mikah. Maybe Jett will just get something now and you can be done with it. I hear you guys are freezing out there.....I hope you get some good rest today. Miss you!!
i don't mind the whining...we all need to from time to time ;) and it's amazing that no matter how old we get sometimes we still need our mommy. i hope that mikah and pres are feeling much better soon and you can get some rest!
I hope Mikah's ear is feeling better and that you stay FAR away from the hospital with little Presley!!! hopefully Jett can stay healthy :)
A blog is a perfect place to vent! (And I personally believe that a person is never too old to need their mom!) I'm sorry that your house is full of sweet little sickies. That's no fun for anyone!! I really hope that Presley and Mikah feel soo much better and that the rest of the family stays healthy and well rested!
My poor babies! If your mom isn't available to hear the whining, call your ole Aunt Patsy. Mikah looks so pitiful in that big bed, I hate hearing all this misery. You're never to old to whine to friends and family, that's why we are here. Looks like your strong support system is always there to lend an ear, after reading all these nice posts - thank you!

Yuk!! You can "cry me a river" any time. It probably sounds so much cuter with that accent of yours. Sounds like a hellish night you had there, friend. I'll shout out the prayers for tonight!

I think we all deserve to whine every now and then! Go for it! I hope you get the much needed rest you need and hope everyone feels better!
Oh I hear ya sistah with the when it rains it pours....not only did Toby break his heel bone...but when we got home and into our bed to rest...the stinkin bed broke and his bad leg hit the wood floor and his computer hit the floor too....I then helped try and fix the bed while he was standing there like a flamingo with his bad leg up and.....my hand got stuck in between the bedframe and the hard outercore of the mattress and ripped half the skin off the back of my hand! iiiiiiiyyyyiiiiiiyyyyiiiiiiii .....then no joke, later that night in his sleep he rolled over and his hand flipped over the side of the bed and how I don't know but one of his fingers went right into the hole of a gingerale can he had sitting there and cut his finger. We both just got up and started laughing after his initial yelling, seriously, when it rains it pours, or else we're just one big clown show over here, I don't know!! :)

yuck, yuck! so sorry they are both sick and miserable. I really do dislike this time of year...seems like someone is AlWAYS sick! But sweet Presley still seems to be all smiles..precious! Hopefully it will be recovering for both sweet girls!

I hope Presley gets better soon, and this whole thing with oxygen can be put to rest, it's frightening when our little ones get sick. Is she feeling any better since your last post? I do hope so and hope Mikah's ear ache is better too, ear aches can be a real nuisance, makes them really cranky. Hope for some good news soon :)
