I had to be quick for this picture...

Mikah loves to watch her Disney movies. Pretty much every night in the past year, she ends each day, crawled up in our bed, milk & sliced apples in hand, and watches her movie of choice for the night. She is great about it. She will stay in that bed and watch the entire movie! I can't tell you how much I love this down-time. I can relax a bit or even have an uninterrupted conversation with Mike. It is great! Jett has always been in bed by this time. However, lately he is staying up a bit later. Last night he acted as if he wanted to get in our bed with Mikah for her movie. I bring him his milk and manage to catch this picture. Then Mike, myself and my parents, who are in town visiting, start debating how long we think it will last. I am optimistic, but not for long. About 10 minutes into it, once his milk is gone, the warnings begin!!
First, he is on the headboard playing with the frames & mirror over the bed, second warning comes when he is terrorizing Mikah, third one is for standing on the footboard trying to get to the ceiling fan! Okay, done with the warnings, Jett's movie time is over!
Here's my question, it is for the novice mommies in boy land...
Granted Mikah was watching 'Alice and wonderland' but even if it were 'Cars' or 'Monster, Inc.' do you think I can ever count on this Lil' menace sitting still for an hour and a half...
or is my precious evening down-time gone??!!
