Okay, so having been through one child having a 5 hour, open heart surgery (amoung several other surgical procedures)... one would think I would be okay with another child having his tonsils out!!? But as it stands, on the day prior to J boy's tonsil removal, scheduled for 7:30 tomorrow morning, I am a nervous wreck!
Please pray for my little guy, and my apologies if this seems like a silly prayer request in the face of some of the more serious situations out there... but my little man is all that is on my mind today and this mommy would appreciate your keeping his well being in your prayers.
Thanks so much!

Praying, I know he'll do great. I would rather do open heart again than tonsils. My son had a horrible time with it.
Hmmm, can't say that makes me feel much better Lacey, but thanks for the thoughts! ;-)
We most definitely be thinking about you guys and praying for you! I know everything will go great, and he will be running around like the old Jett in no time!
Sending you and your sweet little guy prayers for an uneventful procedure and a super easy recovery. Not a silly request, totally a prayable thing. Is "prayable" even a word???
Love to you all.
Any surgery is nerve wracking! Best of luck tomorrow!
Praying for your little guy:)
Many many prayers!
This is Joyce. I so totally understand. Matt was born with pyloric stenosis which requires a tiny little surgery. I was a bundle of nerves even with all we had been thru with Sarah. Prayers coming your way for an easy procedure and a quick recovery.
No such thing as a silly prayer request! We gotcha J boy covered!!!
That's not a silly request at all and I will pray for sure. Keep us updated. My nephew had the surgery and it went really smooth. He'll do great!
there are no silly prayer requests, only silly people who don't pray (and that is as judgmental as i will get about that!). i just talked to mike and told him to let our baby boy know that me getting my tonsils out when i was 5 years old is one of my fondest childhood memories. seriously, especially the part when i got to have a chocolate shake for dinner and you had to eat boring real food (true memory). he will be fine, you know this but you are being the great mommy you are, so of course you need to spazz a little. but just focus on the sickness-free winter coming up!! kiss him for me and i will be waiting for my text in the morning when its all done. love ya.
Hey not to worry all will go smoothly...and your little angel will be as fit as new in no time. He is in my prayers and thoughts. Nothing is ever too little to pray for!
